Reasons marriages fail

Why do we have so many broken homes, why do people that deliberately agreed to be joined as husband and wife after a while consciously decide that they don't want the marriage any more? Isn't it funny, of course it is. I took my time and discovered that most of the reasons are: money matters, lack of understanding the difference between a man and woman seems to be the most reasons for ended marriages.
